Vegan Pinwheel Treat

Ingredients:

Almond Flour – 1 cup

Coconut milk powder- 1 cup

Icing sugar – 1/2 cup

Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp

Soy milk – 1/4 cup

Cacao powder- 2tbsp

Chai latte spice blend – 1tbsp

Coconut oil – 2tbsp

Guiltfree Mithai – Vegan Pinwheel Treats, easy to make with the flavourful combination of Cardamom and Chocolate. Mithai means confectionary treat of the Indian subcontinent and sweet like this are either homemade or purchased then shared with family and friends during festivities as sweets are an essential part of celebrations.

I often make these when there for any kind of celebration or when I just crave a quick fancy treat. These are very easy to make and at the same time Vegan, Gluten free, and Full of flavours.

Method:

Add Almond flour, Coconut milk powder, icing sugar cardamom powder, coconut oil and crumble the mixture, then add milk and knead a dough.

Do the same quantity with Chocolate if you want a big roll but this measurement will make  around 10 – 12 pieces.

Divide the dough equally  and add Cacao powder and chai latte spice blend in one.

Once the dough is made, flatter it with the help of rolling pin on any baking sheet, layer chocolate flattened dough on top of the White dough. Roll it with the help of baking paper and make it as big you want. Roll and keep it in fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.

Cut pieces and serve. You can keep this in fridge in airtight container for weeks
