1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 or 1 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric Latte Blend
Crushed almonds handful (optional)

Why drink Turmeric Drink ?

Turmeric milk is one of the healthiest drinks since ancient times. In India it is one of the staple drink to fight minor illnesses and also works as a tonic for general health.

Regarded as an impressive culinary spice, Turmeric helps improve digestion while also relieving gas, bloating and heartburn resulting from gastric reflux.

A Cup of Turmeric Drink a day is an effective home remedy for loss of appetite and ingestion.

The anti-inflammatory benefits provide relief to the pain and swelling die to arthritis. It makes your joints and muscles flexible, thereby reducing the pain.

In a small saucepan, pour the almond milk/coconut milk and place it over medium heat.
Add the Turmeric Latte Blend to the saucepan and whisk it well to combine.
Heat the mixture until it reaches a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
Once the desired temperature is reached, remove the saucepan from the heat.

Pour the Turmeric Latte into a mug and serve it warm.

 In a microwave-safe mug, pour the almond milk.
Add the Turmeric Latte Blend to the mug and stir it thoroughly.
 Place the mug in the microwave and heat it on high power for 1 minute.
Carefully remove the mug from the microwave using oven mitts or a kitchen towel, as it will be hot.
Give the Turmeric Latte a good stir to ensure the spices are well incorporated.
 Allow it to cool slightly before enjoying your latte.
NOTE : While the microwave can be convenient, some prefer to avoid its usage due to holistic reasons. If you choose not to use a microwave, please follow the gas stove method mentioned above.


For a creamier texture, you can froth the almond milk before adding it to the saucepan or microwave.
Adjust the amount of Turmeric Latte Blend according to your taste preferences. You can start with a smaller quantity and gradually increase it to suit your liking.
Feel free to sweeten your Turmeric Latte with honey, maple syrup, or any other sweetener of your choice.

To enhance the flavours, you can garnish your latte with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a dash of vanilla extract.
