Millets are traditional grains, grown and consumed in the Indian subcontinent from the past more than 5000 years, Its rich in dietary fiber both soluble and insoluble. The insoluble fiber in millet is known as prebiotic which means it supports good bacteria in your digestive system. Adding turmeric latte blend to this recipe defiantly makes this bowl a dynamite healthy combo for any start of the day. This wholesome millet porridge is an immunity booster in all seasons as this recipe has all the goodness coming through this Authentic Indian golden milk spice blend!
