Method:

 METHOD
Prepare the Coconut Base:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the desiccated coconut and Turmeric Latte Powder.
Mix well until the mixture turns a bright yellow hue. Set aside.
Process the Ginger:
In a high-speed blender, add the crystal ginger cubes.
Blend until the ginger is finely crushed into small pieces.
Important: Mix the crushed ginger into the coconut mixture with your hands. This ensures the flavors are evenly distributed and the ginger’s aroma infuses throughout the mixture.
Create the Apricot Puree:
In the same blender, add the dried apricots.
Blend until a smooth, sticky puree forms—this acts as a natural binder.
Add this puree to the coconut and ginger mixture, mixing thoroughly.
Add Cranberries and Seeds:
Next, blend the cranberries until coarsely chopped.
Combine the chopped cranberries into the mixture.
Add pumpkin seeds, roasted millet, sesame seeds, and almonds.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly to incorporate everything evenly.
Form the Bliss Balls:
Add 3 tablespoons of maple syrup to the mixture.
Mix until the mixture is sticky and holds together.
Using your hands, roll into bite-sized bliss balls. Place the bliss balls on a tray or container and serve when you are ready.
You can store them in airtight container and keep them in pantry for a week or keep them in fridge for a longer period of time.

Notes:

Colourful Layers: For beautifully colourful bliss balls, process each ingredient separately (e.g., apricots, cranberries, seeds) and then combine. This helps maintain distinct colours and textures. If everything is blended together at once, you’ll get a uniform yellow hue from turmeric.
Flavour Infusion: When processing the ginger, do not stir it in immediately; instead, mix it by hand afterward to ensure the ginger’s flavours are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Customization: Feel free to add other nuts or dried fruits for variation. Adjust the turmeric powder for a more intense flavour if desired.
