In a bowl, add chia seeds, turmeric blend, maple syrup or honey, coconut milk, give a good stir for at least 3,4 minutes stirring continuously until chia seeds starts to swell.

Divide the coconut cream or yogurt in two separate bowls and in one bowl add turmeric blend and mix well and leave the other bowl as it is. This will only imply if you want your chia pudding to be in layers with different colors. If you don’t have time for layers then just two layers. One with turmeric chia blend and other coconut cream or yogurt.

Once Chia pudding is fluffy enough keep it in fridge for minimum half an hour to get chilled.

Start layering chia pudding, yogurt  one by one in your favorite serving jar or glass , repeat until you fill the jar .

In the end garnish it with some fresh fruits or granola of your choice and enjoy.
