Mushrooms- 7,8 Big Size

Red onion – 1

Fresh ginger – 1tbsp

Salt according to your taste

Red chilli powder Kashmiri- 2tsp

Turmeric powder- 1tsp

Cumin seeds- 2tsp

Olive oil – 3tbsp

Freedom spice Blend – 2tsp

Chopped Tomato – 1 Cup or Use can 1/2 can puree

Paneer or tofu – 250 Grams grated

Cheese – (vegan or other)

Dukkah spices added on top.
