Ingredients:

500 grams Brussel sprouts

4 tablespoon olive oil

3,4 garlic cloves minced

1 tablespoon Dish delicious blend

1/ 2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

These irresistible caramelized roasted Brussel sprouts are to die for. Method:

Pre-heat the oven to 280 degree.

Wash and clean brussel sprouts, cut them in halves and spread them evenly on a baking tray.

In a small bowl add olive oil, dish delicious blend, minced garlic, salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, maple syrup, lemon juice mix well until well combined.

Brush brussel sprouts with the mixture until well coated.

Bake for 10 minutes on 180 degrees, then flip brussel sprouts in between and bake further until they become slightly brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven, season with some salt & pepper, sesame seeds and drizzle of lime pepper-infused avocado oil.

Serve warm as a side dish.

Notes:

Groove Avocado oil is the brand I love drizzling on brussels sprouts

You can add almonds, walnuts when you serve these

Don’t skip adding maple syrup as this adds a beautiful flavor to the dish

While serving you can drizzle some coconut yogurt as well
