Ramen Avocado Salad

1/2 packet ramen noodles (roasted)

2 carrots (shredded)

2 cups lettuce (shredded)

2 avocado (sliced)

1/2 cucumber(sliced)

1/4 cup peanuts

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

2 mandarins or use tin mandarins

handful garlic chives for garnish


2 tablespoon garlic infused avocado oil / olive oil

2 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce

salt & pepper according to your taste

This crunchy ramen avocado salad is such a delightful and easy dish to make , tossed just with handful ingredients and is perfect  served as a side salad or best layered in burgers , wraps or to be relished as it is. This makes a perfect healthy , super tasty salad dish of all kinds. Summer is around the corner and this Asian – inspired Avocado salad is defiantly a real winner for all kinds of taste buds. Avocados are very versatile and can be enjoyed with all cuisines and at every meal – so get stuck in making this recipe !



In a pan add some oil, break ramen into small pieces fry until golden brown and crispy or roast for 5 – 6 minutes in oven at 180 degree Celsius.

In a mason jar add all the dressing ingredients shake until well incorporated . Make sure lid is well fitted and tight.

In a serving plate or a bowl add salad ingredients, then pour dressing all over the salad and toss well.

Add some crunchy peanuts, ramen noodles on top , serve and enjoy.


  • TIPS
  • Make sure to add noodles at the end while serving if you want crunchy touch to your  salad
  • You can use cos lettuce , cucumber, onions, baby spinach.
  • Add any nuts of your choice, add honey or maple syrup if you like bit of sweetness in your salad
  • This salad is best to be consumed within an hour or two.
