These mango lassi popsicles usually are made with full fat yogurt, but I have given them a twist but trust me still taste soooooo good . Easy , rich , delicious and Flavorful popsicles . Popsicles are frozen desserts and I make these every week with different ingredients to survive hot summer . No need to go to supermarkets when you can make these in 5 minutes. Beat the heat with this delicious recipe.

Method:

Make a puree of fresh pulpy mangoes or even frozen ones can be used . Keep aside .
In another bowl add coconut cream, condensed milk, mix cardamom powder.
You can add chopped nuts if you want .
If you dont find coconut condensed milk use Full fat Yogurt instead but then you need to add maple syrup or any form of sugar .
Pour thick mango lassi mixture into popsicles molds according to your choice of layering. Freeze it overnight or until set
Before serving garnish it with chopped pistachios, rose petals and enjoy .
TIPS
I use Alphonso mango tin ( unsweetened from Indian store )
If you are using frozen mango cubes , make sure you thaw them and then blend them in a blender along with some Yogurt or tiny bit of Almond milk to make a puree.
