Pakoras is a Spiced Indian fritter originated from. The Indian subcontinent, sold by street vendors and served in every household as a very popular go to snack. Often vegetables such as potatoes and onions used, coated in Gram flour batter, deep fried, and served with Coriander mint chutney. This is one thing Indian would never get tired of having. Lot of air frier versions but love my frying stuff, but yes, I often fry them in mustard oil which makes the level go up when it comes to having pakoras.

These are very aromatic and crunchy munchy snacks, you will be addictive to flavour as well.

Heat up the skillet with oil and shallow fry the patties for 2 minutes and flip to other side for another 2 minutes then ready to serve.
