Ingredients:

1 1/2  Cups – Coconut milk

1 – Banana

1.5 Teaspoon – Turmeric Spice Blend ( Mons flavors  )

5,6 cubes of ice cubes

We all know Turmeric is very effective and has anti-inflammatory qualities. I have seen people have their set minds when it comes to having these drinks. I found these drinks are served in cafes as hot drinks and are highly popular on social media to be served as hot drinks. In my experience, you can simply incorporate it in your diet – daily life by adding to anything you make. Hot or cold it shouldn’t matter. In summer I prefer to have it cold as it is the perfect refreshing healing drink. Once you try making this recipe with or without banana I am sure this will be your new favourite drink, which will look after you as your best mate.

Iced Tumeric Latte

Method:

In a blender, combine, milk, turmeric spice blend, banana, ice cubes.

Blend it until the mixture becomes smooth and frothy.

Pour the mixture into your favourite glass and enjoy this deliciousness.

Notes:

I love adding banana, if you don’t like banana, pear, orange can be added too. Adding fruits adds more value to this drink.
You can add milk of your choice but I prefer coconut and almond brings out best flavours to this recipe.
I would suggest if you are making this drink for one person add only 1 teaspoon of Turmeric blend, just because this blend is good for health doesn’t mean we have to consuming more. Moderation is the key if it’s your daily dose of your routine.
You can add this blend in your chia pudding, oats porridge, cakes, muffins, pancakes, waffles, Sweet Turmeric rice pudding and many more dishes which I will be sharing here.
