Sweet Vegan Coconut & Mango Delight

Ingredients:

Shredded Coconut – 1cup

Coconut Milk powder- 1 cup

Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp

Coconut oil – 1tbsp (Not melted but bit soft)

Mango Puree – 1/3 cup (I used Tin one. You can use fresh ripe Mango

Extra Shredded Coconut and 1tsp Jaggery powder for rolling the ladoos

Mango Coconut Ladoo or (You can say Mango Bliss balls) but Ladoo sounds delicious to me. These easy vegan, gluten free mango treats are going to be your favourites soon. Laddu or laddo or is a sphere-shaped sweet originating from the Indian subcontinent. Laddus are primarily made from flour, fat and sugar, however we are doing making my healthy guilt-free Ladoos ?

Made with just 5 ingredients and best part is if you do not want to spend lot of time in kitchen and still want a quick Fancy treat then I got you covered for sure. You can serve these delicious treats among your friends, and these are best for your lunch boxes and a treat for your kids snack box. Who does not love Mangos right?

Guiltfree Sweet Vegan Coconut & Mango delight will melt in your mouth!

Method:

Add all the ingredients in the bowl give a good mix. Once the mixture reaches a doughy consistency and comes together. Then start rolling it with your hands and form round shapes. Roll these in extra shredded Coconut and Jaggery powder mix.

You can keep these in fridge for 2 weeks or more. In airtight container.

If you do not get Coconut milk powder, use almond powder instead.

You can add sugar if you want bit, I love this whatever sweetness it comes with Mangoes itself.
