Green Herb Omelette

Ingredients:

4 Eggs

1 Teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

1/4 Cup garlic chives

1/4 Cup thyme

1/4 Cup coriander leaves

1/4 Cup dill leaves

1/2 Red onion sliced

2 Teaspoon Mons flavors DISH DELICIOUS BLEND

1 Teaspoon sesame seeds

2 Teaspoon olive oil

Salad greens and cherry tomatoes

Avocado oil to drizzle while serving

Spicy Omelete

This Green herby omlette is made by beating eggs with lots of freshly picked homegrown herbs and my top selling DISH DELICOUS Spice blend which adds a unique flavor to your regular omlette and at the same time adds a healthy goodness with all the greens added to this recipe. I am sure this combination of eggs, lots of greens and this spice blend will make an ideal breakfast option for your family. This makes a heavenly breakfast indeed.

Method:

Heat pan on a low medium flame, add olive oil spread well

In a bowl break eggs, add chopped thyme, coriander leaves, garlic chives, chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste

Wisk eggs until fluffy

Then pour eggs over pan spreading it evenly with the help of spoon, then add slices of red onions on top quickly

Sprinkle seeds on top

Cook on low medium heat, flip omlette and cook the other side until done well

Make two folds of the omlette, turn heat off and serve with your favorite greens and toast of your choice

Notes:

  • Make sure you cook on low medium heat as this ensures that herbs we have added in this recipe does not loose its nutrients. Cooking on low medium heat also ensures that food you are eating is easily digested and assimilated
  • You can add any herbs and greens of your choice, like basil leaves, mint leaves, spinach, spring onions etc.
