There’s something special about creating a simple, wholesome dressing from scratch. I love experimenting in the kitchen, turning everyday ingredients into something flavourful and nourishing. This Golden Honey Vinaigrette is one of my go-to recipes — it’s quick, easy, and packed with natural goodness. What makes it truly special is my Golden Honey — a blend I crafted with love. Many think honey is just for tea or sweet treats, but I believe it’s so much more. It adds a rich, warm sweetness and depth to this dressing, elevating a simple salad into something memorable. For me, cooking is about making healthy, delicious meals accessible and fun. I hope you’ll enjoy this recipe as much as I do — it’s perfect for adding a little love and natural flavour to your everyday meals. My hope is that you see my Golden Honey not just as a sweetener, but as a versatile ingredient that brings love, warmth, and goodness to every dish. This blend is my passion — now I want it to become a part of your everyday meals. Don’t forget to share your feedback in the comment section.

Don’t:
Store in a metal container for long periods.
Overpower with overly acidic ingredients.
Forget to taste and adjust before serving.
How to store:
Transfer the vinaigrette to an airtight container, such as a glass jar with a lid or a squeeze bottle. Keep it refrigerated.
The combination of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice creates a well-balanced, flavorful, and preservative-rich vinaigrette.

They work together to provide acidity, flavor complexity, and shelf stability, making your dressing delicious and safe for storage.

If you notice any off smell, discoloration, or mold, discard it. The acidity from the vinegar and lemon helps preserve the dressing, but it’s best to consume within the recommended time frame which is 1 week.
