Chia seeds – 3tbsp

Cacao powder- 1tsp

Almond milk – 2 1/2 cup

Chai Honey – 2tbsp

Chai latte – 2 tsp

Blueberry Jam / or Raspberry compote

Fresh fruits ( Berry compote is optional) but I love adding in my chia pudding

I agree only if it’s as healthy and delicious as it looks !! This breakfast is for all Chia lovers and even for those who are not in favor of having these humble nutritional valued breakfast . You got to try this before you say NO !!

In a large mixing bowl add chia seeds

Add chai honey, Chia seeds , cacao powder and almond milk, whisk everything together until everything gets incorporated together. It takes at least 5-6 minutes for chia seeds to fluff so make sure you whisk it until you see chia seeds expanding and texture starts getting thicker.

Create this chia seeds pudding in one flavour or divide chia seeds in two parts and  flavour it accordingly

Place the bowl in the fridge for an hour , this way chia seeds will expand and become more creamier, if you want you can add more milk its entirely up to everyone’s personal preference.

Once done, while serving take your favourite serving glass add chia seeds in the bottom of the glass, layer it with coconut yogurt or your favourite flavoured yogurt, then layer it with spoonful of raspberry compote, top layer will be your favourite seasonal fruit and chai honey drizzle on top with your favourite granola.

For chai honey drizzle, in a tiny bowl add chai honey , lemon juice, mix together until it becomes bit runny in texture. adjust the flavour of this concoction according to your taste buds, this adds a beautiful flavour to this recipe.
