Dish Delicious Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

1 large cauliflower

3 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoon garlic paste

2 teaspoon ginger paste

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoon dish delicious blend

1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder

Salt & pepper according to your taste

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 tablespoon avocado oil for serving

Coconut cream or Yogurt for serving

This dish is so easy to prepare , no long list of ingredients and no standing in kitchen for hours. Method:

Pre heat oven to 280 degree

Cut the cauliflower ends off so that it can sit flat on the baking dish

In a small bowl, add olive oil, garlic , ginger paste, Kashmiri  red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, dish delicious blend, salt and pepper to taste, Wisk  until everything gets incorporated well

Then pour the marinade over cauliflower and rub with the help of your hands (or with a help of brush) making sure mixture is spread evenly from all the ends

Cover it with a tin foil

Roast cauliflower for 40.45 minutes on 180 or 240 degree depends on your oven until it gets cooked through

In last 5minutes remaining take the foil off and roast until browning on top

Remove cauliflower from the oven and season it with salt and pepper again if needed and drizzle some avocado oil or  melted butter or ghee all over cauliflower for extra richness ( I use avocado oil infused with lime or ghee  )

Serve it with coconut cream, or yogurt dressing and enjoy

Notes:

  • I used Kashmiri chili powder in this recipe, you can use sweet paprika if you don’t find Kashmiri red chili but its easily available in any Indian stores .
  • Kashmiri chili brings a great flavor and gives a beautiful color to this recipe, its very mild in taste as compare to other red chili powder
  • Make sure you roast cauliflower until brown that brings great taste to the dish
  • I usually love to serve this with Yogurt, sometimes I love adding Himalayan black salt, pepper and drizzle over cauliflower
  • I love serving it mint chutney too , chutney recipe is on my website
  • This can be served as a side dish but if you plan to serve this a main meal then make sauce recipe I have shared it with freedom spice blend and serve it on top of that sauce and serve it with any flat bread or rice
  • You can serve this as whole cauliflower but make sure you roast it for 30 -35 minutes so that it does not fall part
