1 Large bunch fresh coriander chopped
10,15 Mint leaves
1 Tablespoon raw sugar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Green chill or jalapeno
1 Inch Fresh ginger
3 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt according to your taste
Indian food table is incomplete without Green chutneys This delicious Indian green chutney recipe goes well with almost all kinds of dishes from starters to main dish. This Indian Chutney is so versatile and can be varied with lots of simple ingredients but this is my all time favorite way to make and love serving this on various occasions
Roughly chopped coriander, mint ,chili, or jalapeno
In a blender add chopped coriander, mint leaves, olive oil, salt, jalapenos , lemon juice, blend on a very low speed and tamp down from time to time to get the desired consistency
Taste and adjust the salt, sugar, lemon juice according to your taste levels
keep it in fridge for 2, 3 days in airtight container and enjoy
