Chocolate Pancakes

Whole wheat flour – 1cup

Plant based milk- 1cup ( I used soy )

Cinnamon powder- 1tsp

Brown sugar – 2tbsp ( you can add any sugar you have )

Baking powder- 1tbsp

Cacao powder or Mon’s Flavors Chai Latte Spice Blend – 2tbsp

Pinch of salt

Let’s start our day with Tall stack of Chocolate Pancakes ? Who cares if they don’t look round and perfect all we need is Ultra-rich chocolaty texture, Rich and creamy toppings and a recipe that takes less than 30 minutes to prepare.

Take a medium-size bowl add flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, salt, cacao powder, mix well

Pour Soy milk and vanilla into the mixture and whisk well until a smooth batter forms

Scoop the batter onto the skillet to form small ( 3 -inch wide pancakes, or whatever size you prefer)

Flip when the bubbles start to form on the top of the pancakes, it takes 2 – 3 minutes. Cook on the other side until it’s nicely browned .

Serve it with a drizzle of maple syrup, chocolate sauce and fresh fruits
