Ingredients:

4 cups Desiccated coconut

3 tablespoon coconut oil

5 tablespoon coconut condensed milk

2 tablespoon Chai latte blend

FOR WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE

3 cups white chocolate chips / vegan or any of your choice

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Chai Latte Christmas Bounty Bars

Time to make these easy and super flavorful bites of chocolate heaven Chai Bounty bars. Chai and white chocolate goes hand in hand, I love making recipes with handful ingredients moreover it doesn’t require much time. These beautiful looking white chocolate bounty bars are perfect for any festive season or if you are planning any party and want to make this to impress your family and friends then these will defiantly be a crowd pleaser treat. Method:

In a large bowl, add desiccated coconut powder, Chai latte latte blend mix well until the mixture, you can add more if you want strong flavors.

Add coconut oil, coconut condensed milk mix well with hands or with a help of spatula until mixture reaches its binding consistency . taste of sweetness can be adjusted according to your liking

Then take small portion in your palm and start shaping them into round balls and keep them on  lined tray with baking paper.

Once all bars are made place them in fridge for minimum 1 hour

After 45 minutes, In a double broiler melt white chocolate ,coconut oil until soft and keep mixing with a whisker. once chocolate sauce is melted keep it aside until  sauce comes to room temperature  and then start the dipping process

Take coconut balls out from freezer, Stick the tip of a lollipop stick or wooden skewers into coconut ball and repeat with the remaining balls and sticks. Start dipping balls one by one into  melted white chocolate sauce, shake off the excess and  turn the balls upright and sprinkle some sprinkles of your choice and chai latte on top.  carefully stick each balls in the tall glass jar keeping them centimeter apart from each other to avoid sticking and keep it until they get dry.

Drizzle chocolate sauce to create some patterns, once done keep these in fridge.

Store these in a airtight container in the fridge and enjoy

Notes:

Coconut condensed milk can be purchased from any Bin Inn store or New world

You can use maple syrup instead but I love adding coconut condensed milk as it gives a creamy taste . It literally taste like store bought

If you find your mixture is not binding enough add bit more coconut  condensed milk

Don’t dip chocolate bars when chocolate sauce is hot, let sauce get bit cooler and then start the dipping process. When you see the chocolate sauce is getting thicker, melt it again and start the process

You can use dark chocolate if you don’t like white chocolate

while making these with dark chocolate you need to  add 2teaspoon  agave this will bring some sweetness to your dark chocolate.
