4 tablespoon chia seeds

2 1/2 cup oats / almond milk

2 teaspoon chai honey


3 tablespoon coconut yogurt or any flavoured yogurt

3 table spoon Raspberry compote ( recipe on the website)

kiwifruit and granola of your choice


2 teaspoon chai honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

In a large mixing bowl add chia seeds

Add chai honey, oats and almond milk, whisk everything together until everything gets incorporated together. It takes at least 5-6 minutes for chia seeds to fluff so make sure you whisk it until you see chia seeds expanding and texture starts getting thicker.

Place the bowl in the fridge for an hour , this way chia seeds will expand and become more creamier, if you want you can add more milk its entirely up to everyone’s personal preference.

Once done, while serving take your favourite serving glass add chia seeds in the bottom of the glass, layer it with coconut yogurt or your favourite flavoured yogurt, then layer it with spoonful of raspberry compote, top layer will be your favourite seasonal fruit and chai honey drizzle on top with your favourite granola.

For chai honey drizzle, in a tiny bowl add chai honey , lemon juice, mix together until it becomes bit runny in texture. adjust the flavour of this concoction according to your taste buds, this adds a beautiful flavour to this recipe.

You can choose to add any milk of your choice but I find mixing oats and almond makes it bit creamy .

Another combination is coconut milk and oats

You can add any fruits of your choice.

You can experiment with this recipe as per your liking but I prefer to have chia pudding made with basic ingredient but adding other elements like compote, chai honey and fruits to add a beautiful touch to the recipe.
