Ingredients:

1 Cup Quick oats

1/4 Cup Almond Flour

1/3 Cup Coconut Flour

1/3 Cup Jaggery (cane sugar)or use any sweetener of your choice

1 tablespoon Chai latte blend (mons Flavors spice blend)

1 Cup Blueberries (frozen or fresh)

1/4 Cup Chopped Blanched almonds

1 1/2 Cup Soy Milk (or any plant based milk of your choice)

This Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal is the perfect satisfying breakfast for your daily needs, Delicious, healthy and packed with full of healthy goodness. Blueberry season is here and we all need that one ultimate no fuss recipe with just handful ingredients which keeps you happy and content through out the day. After making this Vegan, Refined sugar Free, not crunchy but smooth, tasty and with lots of healthy benefits attached to it you will defiantly love making this everyday. This recipe is like having a dessert for breakfast.

Method:

  • Preheat oven at 240 degree Celsius
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl , make sure everything is incorporated well.
  • Transfer everything into the prepared baking dish, add additional blueberries on top layer and sprinkle Cane sugar for that caramelized look.
  • Bake at 180 for 10 to 15 minutes and serve this with your favorite coconut cream

  •  Choose to add any of your sweetener but adding jaggery to this recipe takes it to another level
  •  Add coconut sugar if you cant find jaggery but any Indian store would have this product available but make sure not to buy masala jaggery
  • Add either almond flour completely  or coconut flour if you run out one of these flours in your pantry
  • If you feel batter is bit thick add additional milk if you want to achieve a softer consistency.
