8, 10 baby potatoes(boiled)
1 large Avocado (soft)
1/2 Avocado for extra topping
1/3 cup garlic chives
2 tablespoon chives (chopped)
1 tablespoon Dish delicious Blend(Mons flavors)
1 cup coriander leaves
4 tablespoon garlic infused avocado oil /olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of one lemon

Place pot over medium high heat bring water to boil, add potatoes with 1/2 teaspoon of salt cook until done.

Pour dressing over the potatoes , make sure use light hands to fold in the dressing .
Add fresh chopped thyme, taste and adjust seasoning, toss to combine.
